ABOUT TROUBLE CREEK: There’s something in the water in the small town of “Trouble Creek” – bones… human bones. As the local sheriff delves into the mystery of who the bones belong to – one of the town’s many missing, an enemy from his past as a police officer in Detroit, or a stranger – fear, dark desires, friendship, lies, and love collide. As the investigation continues the townspeople must face themselves, their friends, family, neighbors and the sinister and mysterious past of Trouble Creek.

Trouble Creek stars Jason Gedrick, Debrah Farentino, Dean Cameron, Jessica Belkin, Tim Abell, Doris Morgado, Reggie Watkins, Jr., Claire Woolner, Olivia MacKenzie-Smith, David Garelik, Dave Jessup and introduces Crystal Lott.

Creator, Executive producer & Director Stacey K. Black has helmed TV series such as Major Crimes, NCIS – New Orleans, and The Closer, a feature length music documentary, Send My Mail to Nashville, and music videos for artists Cindy Alexander (“Old Dreams”), Kevin So (“June Carter Cash”), and numerous short films and videos. Trouble Creek is a quirky-dramatic web series she produced and directed with her producing partner, Shea E. Butler, under their production company, “Something in the Water Productions, LLC.”

Director, Producer Shea E. Butler, is an award-winning filmmaker for her short films, The Trial of Ben Barry, and her most current film, The Waystation- recently awarded Best Short Horror film at the 2016 Go West Fest. Winner: Best Female Filmmaker Short Films at the 2016 Action On Film International Film Festival. She directed a segment of the independent feature film Brad’s Untitled Restaurant Project which has been released on Vimeo VOD, and three monologues of the award-winning play; The Vagina Monologues.
