Program Spotlight: Directorial Debuts

IFFLA is proud to showcase the remarkable feature film debuts of the most talented young directors today. Indranil Roychowdhury wins hearts with his sensitive, beautiful coming-of-age Bengali film PHORING. Nagraj Manjule breaks down barriers in the defiant and powerful Marathi feature FANDRY. And we are tremendously excited to showcase the fierce and captivating LIAR’S DICE directed by Geetu Mohandas, starring the indie powerhouse Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

IFFLA has helped launch the careers of some of Indian cinema’s finest, such as Anurag Kashyap, Ritesh Batra and Richie Mehta. Don’t miss your chance to discover the future stars of tomorrow, and support the start of their brilliant directorial careers.
